Jean-Sebastien Sauriol, 30 years of motorsport experience.

His career started in 1987 in Quebec at regional level in karting, rallying and ice racing. After several formative years of competitive karting including a three years stay in Japan. He then moved up to open wheel cars and trained on formula fords 1600 and 2000, formula junior Subaru and formula Toyota in Japan.

In 1997, he won the renowned Jim Russell Formula 2000 championship and scholarship at Le Circuit Mont-Tremblant.  Which earned him a couple of races in the Canadian formula ford and in a formula Vauxhall Jr at Donington Park,  England.  In 2000, he returned to Japan for a couple rounds of the formula Toyota series.  In 2001, he moved to the U.S. where he lived for 8 years in the Sarasota, FL area close to the Sebring International Raceway. In 2010, he finished 4th at the 24hrs of Dubai in a prototype car. He also competed in the V de V endurance series in France and Spain onboard a GT3 Mosler car in 2013. He still competes in endurance racing mostly in Canada and in the U.S. Since his career debut, he has over 200 race starts including 25 overall or class wins, several podiums, pole positions and lap records.

He is an experienced driver coach, chief-instructor, racing school & race team manager and founder. Here are some of the names he has worked for throughout the years; Skip Barber racing school, Panoz racing school, Porsche & Audi Driving Experience, European Rally school, International Motorsports Academy, Circuit ICAR/Academy Jacques Villeneuve, Le Circuit Mont-Tremblant, Jim Russell Karting Academy, CHAG Autosport Academy and the Jim Russell Racing School. He is also a brand ambassador for Yokohama Tire Canada and the founder and chief-instructor of Ice Driving Canada a unique in North America high performance driving school located on a frozen lake in Ste-Agathe des Monts, Quebec.

His future goals are to launch his own race team, to help new drivers coming into the sports with proven training programs and to have a long successful endurance sports car career and to one day compete at the Le Mans 24Hours.

He now lives in St-Sauveur, Quebec with wife Annabelle and son Nicolas.
